Our client is looking for a few great Software Engineers for an awesome permanent position with their company!  They have a great benefits plan and will offer the right candidate relocation assistance. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming for product delivery.   essential functions: Mentors junior teammates in development best practices. Contributes to the planning and design of a re-architecture effort to streamline the game development process. Design and implement new features in the critical areas of the codebase, such as the RNG and paytable module, or the accounting module. Troubleshoot difficult problems. Refactor old code modules to provide greater functionality, flexibility, and maintainability, without sacrificing backward capability.  education: B.S. degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field experience: Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in progress programming in UNIX, DOS or Windows environments. Experience in multi-threaded software architecture to design, implement, and maintain gaming system components for a large scale international project. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design, 4 to 6 years experience in C++ programming, strong knowledge of the C++ Standard Template Library, experience with LINUX, threads programming and XML.  Candidate must be a self-starter and broad thinker who can demonstrate the ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver completed projects and testing requirements in a timely manner.
