 Profile:

 We are seeking an experienced software engineer to help us develop our next generation technologies. The successful candidate will have proven technical skills - employing the latest technologies to solve difficult problems; working with senior staff to plan and size individual projects; prioritizing and designing enhancements; and producing high-quality, well-tested code. In this role, the individual will be responsible for delivering projects using Microsoft Visual Studio and will employ leading edge C# and .NET APIs developed internally and by our partners.

 Responsibilites: Work independently and in tandem with other team members on company's proprietary core architectureLead implementation of large scale software projects within the constructs of HiWired’s SDLC and release cyclesAuthor design documentation and technical requirements specificationsAssist in functional requirements definitionsMentor other developers on the team in multiple disciplinesWork with business owners regarding technology scoping and limitationsWork with DBAs and Reporting group to ensure data integrity

 Qualifications: 8+ years of senior object oriented development experienceExpert experience developing with Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0, specifically in C#Experience developing scalable, reliable, high performance and high availability softwareExpert in Web Services, XML, SOAPExperience with Windows Services and massively scalable software services is preferredExperience with multi-tier architectures required2+ years of MS SQL Server 2005 experienceExperience with database modeling (e.g. MS Visio) is preferredStrong database skills. You must be able to write complex database queries joining multiple tables and understand database performance issuesExcellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skillsKnowledge of web security issues is preferredWeb development skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)Ability to work in a team environment, with internal and external clientsStrong communication skillsBS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
