Celerity, one of the fastest growing business and technology consulting companies in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Software Developer to assist in our company’s continued growth.

 

Description

Serves as software Developer on all software-related issues pertaining to ARIMS and other RMDA applications.  Responsible for conduct of requirements analyses, development of functional and software specifications, coding, testing and deploying software.  Works with team of developers, recommends priorities, obtains resources and monitors performance to ensure development and sustainment processes are in compliance with Capability Maturity Model (CMM) methodologies as needed to create proper versioning and repeatable builds of all software components so that developers are more effective and so that a well documented trail of features and bug fixes is available to the RMDA community.  Develops test plans and participates in conduct of tests.  Works with hardware engineers to ensure adequate development and staging environments are created.  Coordinates and plans the software releases for ARIMS and other applications with hardware engineers, developers, and the user community.  Assist in refresh and/or enhancement of ARIMS software.  Participates in meetings with ARIMS users, prepares and conducts briefings and prepares technical papers as required.  Maintains expertise in all technologies and component software that make up RMDA specific applications.

 

Required Skills:

 

US Citizenship is required for this role.

ASP and ASP.Net; VB6; VB.Net; C#.Net in Windows components, Web Services, and Windows Services;  MS SQL Server and Stored Procedure, BizTalk is a plus, View, and Table design; MS Exchange Server and EventSink API hooks; MS Index Server and its integration to both MS Exchange Server and .Net Web Services; XML, XSL, HTML, CSS; and Javascript.
