Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.  Would like experience with web application concepts and familiarity with operations in the financial or tax departments of a fortune 500 type company.  This person will not direct others in this first project.  Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable co-leading the discussions with the clients and have a comfort level in running meetings/discussions with clients  Must have knowledge of tax or financial systems.
