Empi Recovery Sciences has an immediate opening for an outstanding Business Systems Analyst to work closely with users and within business project teams to analyze, design, and implement Oracle application technology solutions that enhance business operations and meet user needs.  Daily support of multiple Oracle application modules and supporting implementation of Oracle application modules in future ERP and CRM rollouts is required.

 

The ideal candidate has: 

 

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.

· At least five years experience with Oracle ERP, with a minimum of three years in a functional/business analyst role with Oracle applications version 11i or 12.

· Strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.

· Some combined knowledge of other modules is required.

· Knowledge of project management techniques is required.

· Comprehensive testing skills are required.

· Ability to synthesize new business requirements and processes.

· Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.

· Ability to learn new applications (Oracle and non-Oracle).

· Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Must be available to work outside normal business hours on an as needed basis.

· Must be willing to travel as needed.
