Business Solutions Project Manager, HRMS
Large, Stable Company is Seeking a Business Solutions Project Manager!Business Solutions Professional needed to work in partnership with Human Resource stakeholders to identify and realize opportunities and initiatives in the following areas: information systems, business process redesign, and continuous improvement. Assists the business stakeholders in obtaining value-added information technology solutions and products from MIS. This role will provide architecting and leadership functions to the application platforms in the MIS group, and will be a liaison with the business, in order to define requirements and translate them into system solutions. This role works with other Solution Architects, business operations leaders, other support team staff and leadership, and the Director Business Solutions Architect - Finance and Administration to efficiently and effectively navigate through the solutions selection process, including the initiation of projects to implement and support such solutions.Some responsibilities include working closely with the F&A business areas globally, define business-centric MIS requirements and evaluate available and/or custom system solution options, manage early "Initiation" activities for global system solutions to meet business needs for F&A business areas.Responsible for ensuring system analysis designs and process maps are documented and communicated with business executives and senior management, and understand the tactical and strategic plans of F&A Management in order to support and promote an MIS strategy that aligns with the business process and operations. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in information services, 3+ years of project management/leadership experience on medium - large system implementations., 3+ years Human Resources functional experience. Preferably HRMS (SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) system implementation experience.Required Experience A Bachelor's Degree is required 3+ years of project management/leadership experience on medium - large system implementations 3+ years Human Resources functional experience.
