Business Process/Mergers and Acquisitions Sr. Consultants

AGSI has a need for 3-4 Senior Consultant/Manager level BP/M&A Consultants for a 3-4 month engagement.  We need a team who can participate in and document M&A/Integration activities and create a best practices "play book" for future acquisitions. 

We are looking for people with experience in multiple mergers/acquisitions and hands on knowledge of both business and IT integrations. 

Job Duties
 Develop and maintain processes, project plans and schedules from initiation through delivery, including control and status reporting, team management, troubleshooting and problem resolution
 Develop standard processes and work flow for both the acquisition and integration process
 Perform due diligence on finances, operation and intangibles such as patents, copyrights, etc.
 Facilitate fact-based decision-making process for prioritization of activities
 Partner and collaborate with the integration leads of all other functions (i.e. Sales, HR, IT, Operations, etc.) throughout the process
 Create and implement integration strategies
 Assist in the development and management of the due diligence and integration planning
 Drive due diligence and integration team as required
 Effectively communicate with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives to ensure satisfaction with project management processes. 
Qualifications
 At least 12 years of professional experience
 M&A due diligence and integration experience.  Prefer 2 - 3 acquisitions and/or integrations completed
 Bachelor’s degree required.  Technical degree highly preferred
 Ability to effectively communicate with technical engineers who are specialists in their field
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
 Excellent analytical skills
 Excellent communication, facilitation, team building and negotiating skills
 Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
