Business Development Representative
CC Pace's Enterprise Solutions Practice is a boutique consulting practice that works with clients to help them achieve challenging business results such as time-to-market reduction, waste reduction, business process improvement, and value creation through the hands-on implementation of Lean and Agile methods. Consulting engagements to-date have included strategic assessments, project portfolio management, Agile project management and coaching, Agile software development, and large scale Lean and Agile transformation. We are seeking an exceptional business development representative for our core team who will focus on opening doors to new business for the Enterprise Solutions Practice.This person will work with other practice members and managers, as well as a variety of others at CC Pace including Marketing and Recruiting. Major responsibilities include:· Generate new client leads.· Find and attend relevant networking events· Aggressively pursue follow-on sales at existing clients.· Coordinate with marketing on training, orientations, networking, and other events· Coordinate closely with account management and technical team members on client engagements Skills and experience required:· 2 – 3 experience selling IT Services· Strong written and oral communication skills · Professional appearance and presentation · Excellent organizational skills · Ability to multi-task · Available for extensive travel within target markets For consideration please email your resume to jpontello@ccpace.com .
