Due to the high demand for our services, The Tri-Com Consulting Group is searching for a Business Development Manager to cultivate relationships and manage accounts.
An overview of the Business Development Manager’s role…
· Grow revenue of temporary staffing division by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels within targeted accounts.
· Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in across all industries.
· Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business
· Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing solutions.
· Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through phone contact, email, and meetings.
· Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients
The ideal candidate will have prior sales or account management experience. Experience in the Information Technology Staffing industry would be strongly preferred. Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills are a must in this position.
Our base salary + commission pay structure make this an exciting and lucrative opportunity. Full Benefits are available for full-time status.
