LOCATION: Bloomfield Hills, MI

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEConfigures business applications for feature roll-outs and to match user requests Works with application vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues Assists with mapping business requirements to the business application’s configuration Adapts configuration and manages process for changing business requirements including acquisition of new companies Manages application feature implementations and upgrades and communicates status to internal teams Develops and maintains a high level of technical knowledge on business software and underlying technologies Provides Level 1 & 2 application support including but not limited to:

  How-to functionality questions

  New user / manager training

  Application process questions

  System configuration

Escalation to DBA 

  Escalation to System Administrator

  Escalation and follow up with vendor support

  Develop and maintain system documentation including application processes, configuration, and reporting

 Bachelor's degree in Business, computer science or related field and/or 2-3 years experience in designing, installing and integrating information systems products or an equivalent combination of education and experience Working experience in the following areas: Enterprise application implementations, integration, and support  Common desktop applications (MS Office) MS SQL  Excellent organizational and project management skills, including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow-through to completion of task or project Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience applying these skills to improve processes and technology Results-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic and high attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in business process and systems analysis Experience with enterprise financial and/or business systems
