Act as a Senior Business Analyst by interfacing across business units/functions and with clients on complex-key projects.2. Complete detailed business analysis and troubleshoot reported problems.3. Participate in requirement studies. 4. Participate in developing, reviewing, and approving specifications and estimates.5. Participate in designing, developing, and executing test strategies and test cases. This includes reviewing test plans and results.6. Follow CGI’s Quality System procedures for business unit/projects.7. Provide quality, on-time, within budget deliverables.8. Coach, mentor, and develop other Business Analysts.Comments: Knowledge & Experience• In-depth knowledge of insurance (personal and/or commercial) industry and CGI solutions. • Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities. • Strong customer service background.• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
