Business Analyst The Public Sector Healthcare group at CGI Federal is looking for an experienced business analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience working through the full system development lifecycle. Candidates should also have extremely strong written and verbal communications skills as this is a client facing position. Specific responsibilities for this position include working with the client to gather and document system requirements, working with the development team during design and development, preparing for and executing test activities, production support maintenance and operations activities and overall support to the client through the life of the project. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of BA experience in the IT environment. The following skills are preferred:- Federal and/or healthcare experience - Experience working in CMMI Level 3 environments- SharePoint management/administration- MS Project experience - Team and task leadership experience - The candidate must work well under pressure and demonstrate continuous commitment to quality and service.Requirements:Application requirements management (definition, traceability, QA) 3+ yearsApplication Quality Assurance (QA) experience including test case writing and execution 3+ years!Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 2+ yearsFull system development life cycle experience 3+ yearsExcellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must, especially in a client interaction context Able to work independently with excellent time management and reporting skills Founded in 1976, CGI Group Inc. is one of the largest independent information technology and business process services firms in the world.
