We are immediately hiring a Billing Coordinator who meets the following criteria.
Responsibilities
Customer InvoicingTranslating new contracts into billing system
Dispatch of technical staff for on-site and remote work using ticketing system
Maintaining performance metrics for support desk responsivenessAnswering phone calls in regards to billing and support desk
Required Skills
BA/BS degree preferred but not required3+ years of billing or A/R experienceKnowledge of general accounting practicesIntermediate Quickbooks or Peachtree knowledgeA strong desire to learn and take on new challengesEverything we do is service and this position requires a positive service-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf starter; works well with little supervision
Desire to work in a progressive & fast paced environmentTime management skills to multi-task a variety of activities, including invoicing and dispatchComputer networking knowledge is a plus
What You Will LearnPerforming billing for an IT Services firm using an industry-standard PSA softwarePSA and Quickbooks integration for billingService desk managementInterpreting technical contracts for billing purposesA lot of technical jargon for the IT services firm
Work Environment Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Although very infrequent, employees must be available to come in early or stay late Travel not required
