Ideal candidates will experience exciting opportunities for professional development within a booming industry!  Job Summary This candidate will manage the banner online marketing of our corporate websites including http://www.networksolutions.com/.  The ideal candidate will use their creative, analytic, negotiation and sales skills to drive sales and new customer acquisition using banner and keyword advertising. Having a proven track record of driving sales revenue through online advertising, this candidate is ready to grow professionally by being part of a tight-knit team of online advertising professionals and managing a sizeable media budget to desired results.  The ideal candidate will work well independently, while following guidelines and requirements outlined by Sr. management. Job Responsibilities  Plan Media Buys: Find and research different media venues (other companies and websites) to form a business partnership.  Build effective plans with those vendors that provide conversion to sale for Network Solutions as well as brand exposure for a range of online products and services within Network Solutions. Interface With Vendors: Manage day-to-day relationships with media placement vendors via phone and email. Buy media: Negotiate best pricing for all CPM and integrated content placements Creative Direction: Work with designers to create impact banner ads, integrated content and effective landing pages on our corporate site. Trafficking: Track the success of banner ads through Dart including where a banner ad is placed on a vendor site as well as the navigation a client engages in before committing to our banner ad.  This also includes evaluating the effectiveness of each landing page and the navigation that takes place before a conversion to sale through Network Solutions.  Optimize ad placements through DART according to these results. Testing: Work with banner designer, storefront, engineering and analysis teams to test landing pages, and banner ad content to provide effective conversion to sale. Invoicing/Budget: Track all expenditures, invoices, and reporting for banner advertising and assure payment through Accounts Payable. Results analysis/reporting: Roll up reporting to Online Advertising Analyst by creating regular, accurate reports for Product Managers and for the business on status of display campaigns. Job Requirements – 2+ years experience 2 years managing banner advertising in an e-commerce environment or an agency environment to drive a positive return on ad spend Detailed and hands-on understanding and use of 3rd party ad serving tools such as DART, Atlas or Accipiter.
