This practice provides specialized business and technology consultants who can look into the specifications of a program from multiple perspectives, understand the complexity of the issues and then design comprehensive solutions that support business needs and optimize technical infrastructure. Due to our focus on Government contracts, we require all candidates to be US citizens. Local candidates are prefered, relocation will not be available. This is a full time position, no contractors or 1099 employees will be considered This position requires candidates to possess a current and active Secret Clearance We are seeking highly competent individuals to join our rapidly expanding group. Ideal candidates should have the following in their background. Essential Job Functions Technical: Create technical models which serve as blueprints for project engagements of all complexities. Technical: Anticipate and resolve technical integration issues for technical infrastructures. Technical: Negotiate with hardware and software vendors to obtain best price, products, upgrades, and enhancements. Methodology: Use Catalyst phases, activities, and tasks as a basis for developing estimates and team plans. Management: Lead a team of 6-10 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources) in your area of expertise to successful conclusion of a project phase. Business: Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise. Leverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Seven or more years of experience in product analysis and implementation Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology Experience working with product performance optimization techniques Experience working with testing strategies for technical product components and interfaces Other Qualifications Strong skills in one or more of the following: Vision Strategy (VS), Business Area Architecture (BAA), Iterative Custom Development (ICD), Package-Based Development (PBD), and Accelerated Application Development (X/AD) Strong communication skills Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and CSC Ability to adjust personal style to different situations Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:Yes, With Restriction Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Secret Create Success
