JOB DESCRIPTION
· Account Executive/Major Account Executive
· Prospect and sell products locally, regionally, and Nationally
· Generate sales revenue from new business. New business will be developed by previously established relationship, new lead generation and networking.
· Hit and maintain a monthly quota
· Take Consultative approach to selling.
· Virtual office environment
· Travel can be from 25% . Company paid.
TRAINING
· 2 week On-Board formalized training that will include Classroom, field and web training. Training will include sales model as well as product and process training. Corporate training help at Corporate.
· Ongoing training consists of Conference calls with Sales Management
· Field training with Sales Directors, Corporate Development Managers and VP of Sales.
COMPENSATION
· $60 to $90k based on experience and market
· Expense allowance

· Holiday and vacation leave.
