Good understanding of debugging with debug tools like ITPs, logic analyzers, and software debuggers. Relevant experience in the area of Process System Validation. JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities will include but not be limited to: Should be in a position to demonstrate high quality influential and motivational skills that would enable the team to work with all key stakeholders like design, pre-si validation, and other *Vs in a very effective and efficient way. Developing software that validates functional issues within the microprocessor and ensuring that the highest quality products are shipped. Participating in the development of processor features that facilitate validation and debug. Authoring and implementing test plans, test content, and debug methodologies to provide logical test coverage of CPU features.
