Responsibilities include: Assists corporate employees with PC problems and requests Assists with the day-to-day maintenance of company's PCs Performs installation, configuration and upgrade tasks Serves as troubleshooter on end user PC problems Prepares progress reports and updates management on status of problems Assists department manager in on-going assessment and upgrading of PCs; may research and evaluate hardware and software Keeps informed of most recent trends and technologies We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
