REQUIREMENTS:
• Education - BS in technical field
• 10 years of experience
• Must have Strong knowledge/understanding of the technologies listed below:
- Infrastructure (Network and Server Administration, LAN, WAN, NOC, and Desktop)
- Helpdesk, Operation, and Planning
• System Support staffing estimation
• Connectivity technologies
• Experience in proposal development
• Budget planning and execution skills
• Must have P&L experience
• Revenue generation experience
• Understanding of government contracting
• Must have experience with defense and enforcement agencies such as:
- DOD (military and defense agencies), DOJ, DOS, DHS, etc.
• Prior contractor program management experience
• Experience with quality standards (ISO/CMMI)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to foster team environment
• Sound organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure portfolio of projects meets revenue and profit goals as per the annual budget.
• Maintain relationship with existing clients, ensuring that Catapult workforce is meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Develop new business outside the current customer base.
• Support Program Manager/Director efforts to expand work in current customer base.
• Develop management team with backups to ensure continuity of operations.
• Lead/Contribute to the development and review of proposals
• Promote Catapult to staff - encourage participation in corporate initiatives/events
• Support corporate initiatives as they evolve.
