The Associate Director is expected to independently manage small to medium sized project teams, and is considered to be fully proficient in full delivery of ERP solutions.Responsibilities include:*Quality Assurance and/or Project Monitoring for implementations of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (aka Student Administration)including all modules: Student Records, Student Financials, Financial Aid, and Admissions. et with client and develop project questions, gain understanding of the client's environment and assure that recommendations can be implemented. rform analyses and develop client deliverables appropriate to the specific consulting engagement. nduct research as necessary, including market surveys of vendors and users as well as secondary research. alyze research findings and prepare written reports and recommendations, which are normally presented to clients in person. pending on project size, incumbent may supervise other personnel, assign work, establish and maintain schedules, control project expenses and integrate individual work into a coherent and quality deliverable. entify and pursue sales opportunities and leads, which may come from meetings, clients, other consultants, sales force, vendors and others. pport and assist the sales organization by making joint sales calls. ite and present proposals to prospective clients and contracts for engagements. mplete additional projects as required.Qualifications:*At least 2-3 years of ERP implementation experience, on at least 2 projects. *At least one and preferably more than one recent project implementing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
