Flexible part time work schedules include 3 to 5 hours per day Monday through Friday. Come support our employees by being part of our community of staff, parents, and children at our on-site CA Montessori Children's Centers where we enroll children from six weeks to six years old. The CA Montessori Children's Center provides an environment that nurtures children, while stimulating creativity and expanding their horizons. We realize that educators with experience in areas such as music, art, special education or nursing can enrich and enhance our program. Key Requirements: * College level experience in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related degrees will be considered * Experience observing and informing Managing Teachers of the progress of each individual child * Able to maintain an appropriate atmosphere of safety, learning, and fun, in line with the Montessori philosophy * Must exhibit a sense of calm, consistency, grace and courtesy toward the children and team members in the classroom * Previous experience working with children is required * Excellent communication skills both oral and written * Flexible to work with age groups from 6 weeks to 6 years There's never been a better time to join CA.
