Breakaway Technologies, Inc. (BTI) is a technical consulting company focused on providing BI/BPM solutions. We currently have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst in our Yardley, PA based office. Responsibilities include providing front line functional expertise, technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve and identify solutions to application and software issues. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customers calls over the phone and via email Troubleshoot technical, application and data related issues Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and ticket resolution Coordinate with customers, internal staff, and external partners to identify solutions Become an expert at handling complex application features Support application development UAT efforts and documentation activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Min. 2 yrs exp in S/W or IT support and or BS CS or equivalent technical degree Knowledge of VB, SQL, MS Excel, and BI tools a plusBTI offers a comprehensive benefits package and a superb work environment.
