Job description:

In this role you will be a liaison between business users and development and will interface with a variety of individuals including users, developers, management and executives. Must have excellent listening skills, analytical skills, requirements gathering skills and documentation skills (writing samples must be submitted along with resume).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and analyzes internal user needs and to assist with assigned projects including implementation projects and new business development..
- Assists in analyzing, evaluating, and preparing business requirement specifications that develop or modify computer programs or workflow processes.
- Work closely with management on assigned projects from inception through implementation ensuring that adequate internal communication and user involvement is maintained.
- Assists in marketing/sales presentations and new business system demonstrations.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong organizational, listening, writing and analytical skills
- Word, Excel, Visio
- Personable, Professional, Assertive
- Able to work in a team environment
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Insurance industry experience - especially in area of liability
