Apple Call Center SupervisorDescription: The Apple Call Center Supervisor is a key position managing a Team of 60-100 Call Center Representatives and Agents to metric deliverables. The successful candidate will drive winning results by :- Motivating and inspiring the team to outstanding customer service - Being passionate about customer service, delivery challenges and new opportunities. - Focusing on making sure every Agent provides each customer a world-class experience within the center's average handle time goal.- Exercising multi-tasking skills when volume exceeds expectations. At the same time utilizing strong problem solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions. Requirements: - Experience and success in a customer-focused competitive environment is mandatory. - Need to ensure service quality standards within a team by: timeliness, accuracy and service level responsiveness.- Should have strong interpersonal skills to motivate a team to higher productivity in all areas. - Requires high energy - with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence and the highest standards consistent with the company's culture and reputation for quality. - Be flexible to work varying shifts or hours on a seven-day schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
