Analyst, POS Support - Candidate database - Reitmans (Canada) Ltd.
Reitmans (Canada) ltd IT department is growing and continiously seeking for new talents! Join our team!
The POS Analyst:
Provides technical and procedural support for the Point-of-Sale System;
Develops and maintains a high level of expertise with this system;
Provides first level and possibly second level telephone support to all stores across Canada;
Maintains client satisfaction by ensuring that response, updates and call resolution occurs within the team goals and objectives;
Takes call ownership for all service requests assigned for resolution;
Performs over-the-phone new store installations with store personnel and on-site technicians;
Provides detailed information within our call tracking system to ensure the issue is sufficiently documented for root call analysis;
Exchanges knowledge with colleagues through formal training and peer to peer interaction.
Requirements:
Cegep education in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in the retail business and/or in a call centre environment (an asset)
Excellent computer knowledge (Windows NT, XP)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Strong analytical and technical skills
Available to work shifts on rotation (days, nights and weekends)
Bilingualism in both official languages
