Job Title: Advantage Training Developer

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for creating training materials for the AMS Advantage ERP and for delivering classroom training to various project’s end user populations. The candidate’s secondary responsibility will be to support development or updating of existing training materials targeted to implementation team members. As the candidate for this position will be creating documents and presenting to end-users, it is imperative that he or she have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must have outstanding presentation skills and experience with classroom management.

 

- The candidate must have experience working remotely and independently.

- The candidate must be patient, outgoing, and willing to work with all levels of users

- It is expected that this individual will be able to read and comprehend client policies and procedures and system design documents and apply that information to perform system updates and inquiries and process documents.

-The understanding of documentation and system knowledge will provide the basis for developing the training materials.

- The individual must be self motivated and effective when working independently.

- The individual will be expected to become a subject matter expert in the AMS Advantage ERP through the various teaching experiences that will be encountered.

- The individual must be willing to travel up to 100% at times.
