TITLE: Active Directory Designer, Sr. 

LOCATION: Detroit Metro Area 

DURATION: Long Term (usually 1+ year)

EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree / Certifications

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:



·  Bachelor Degree / Certifications

·  Active Directory Infrastructure DESIGN & Architecture experience.

·  Large Enterprise Active Directory Design experience (greater than 30 Domain controllers) spanning multiple locations and business units.

·  Experience with all phases of Active Directory and Microsoft analysis and administration activities.

·  In depth understanding of Active Directory Replication, Site Links, Global Catalogs and core infrastructure components.

·  Strong technical expertise of all phases of application systems analysis/programming activities.

·  Experience with core technologies such as Windows 2003, MOM, SMS, and Certificate of Authority.

·  Able to translate business needs into long term architecture solutions.

·  Able to develop strategies for new technologies and implement enterprise deployment in compliance with global standards.

·  Able to conduct research to devise and/or modify complex integration of applications and solutions.

·  Provide guidance and advice to various groups on application systems activities.

·  Able to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form.

·  Technical expertise in Intel/Microsoft products and/or services. Develop processes and procedures, develop and implement test plans, develop migration plans, cross-train technical analyst and oversee the implementation.  

·  Forest / domain migration experience



 

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:



·  Expert in Active Directory and Microsoft systems and associated components.

·  Responsible for the development of network infrastructure blueprint and recommends new products and/or services, and integrate Active Directory systems.  Includes the following activities: Forest Operations, Install and Configure Domain Controller server software, Domain Admin Role, Manage Domain Security Policies, Manage Domain Issuing CA, Manage Domain Level Trusts, Manage NT4.0 Domains, Domain Operations (Physical Sites, Top Level OU’s, Admin Model), Provide Active Directory Reporting, Monitor Domain Controllers (DC) Systems (Patches), Promote AD Change Controls (GPO’s), Monitor Domain Controller (DC) Systems (Patches), Provide AD Service Desk (ADSUP) for Domain and Forest, Promote AD Change Controls (GPO’s), Provide Administration Tools and Model, Provide AD Integration and Consulting Services (IPR based)
