Essential Job Functions Performs many of the following responsibilities: Daily entry of invoices for Accounts Payables Review Purchase Requisitions for correct coding Review invoices for proper signature authorizations Preparing and reconciling of subcontractor invoices Assist vendors with payment inquiries Filing and copying Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. 3 years related experience working in accounting environment. Valid Drivers License and passport will be required.Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance. Other QualificationsCompetent in Microsoft Office Maximo, Costpoint and Access experience a plus Involves customer service skills to resolve issues Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Problem solving/critical thinking Time Management & able to meet deadlines Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Secret Create Success
