Univision Group, Inc. is a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Solutions company specializing in fulltime (Direct Hire) and temporary placements in Information Technology (IT), Healthcare & Scientific, Sales / Marketing and Human Resources (HR).

We are seeking an Account Executive / Manager with demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. This individual will work from our Kendall Park, NJ office. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who views a professional sales career as their long-term goal. A strong desire to succeed is critical.

Job Description:

As an Account Manager with Univision Group, you will be responsible for the development and account management of new business within a respective market. You will target mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients and perform research in order to break and develop clients. You will also assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals. You will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for sales activity and revenue goals.

Candidates should have a proven record of successfully selling within the staffing industry and have past success stories to share with us.

 

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Outside Sales experience in the IT staffing business
- Proven relationships with clients / companies in the NJ / NY and East Coast marketplace and book of business. Individuals having connections in other regions of USA will be considered.

- Competitive, energetic and motivated business development executive with ability to deliver results
- Marketing and developing company brand recognition through direct selling, networking, advertising, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation and passion for selling services of value
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships
- Experience preparing and presenting winning proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect, qualify and close business at the C-level and line management levels
- Ability to travel extensively within territory
- Experience selling IT staffing or solutions (preferred)
- Previous recruiting experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.

· Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency;

· Experience in the IT industry; Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business;

· Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required
