Description:ResponsibilitiesThe Account Coordinator works cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations on behalf of our clients to deliver the appropriate mix of products/services to meet client's needs. The position is a very hands-on role that requires a proactive team player with the ability to lead and balance multiple projects.About the OpportunityAssist account teams with execution of day-to-day activities for direct marketing programs within major accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients at appropriate levels. Track all work in progress. Regular client communication. Familiarity with use of presentations, conference reports, and status reports. Will work independently; be highly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications:BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications. Academic excellence, achieving a 3.0 overall GPA. 1-3 years of Direct Marketing and/or General Advertising internship or work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong listening skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. Self-starter, with strong initiative. An aptitude to learn Relationship Marketing industry.
