AS/400 RPG Developer
NGS American, Inc., Michigan's leading third party health claims administrator, has an excellent career opportunity available in our IT Department for an AS/400 RPG Developer at our St. Clair Shores, Michigan office.
This position is responsible for the continued development of healthcare based software applications with an AS/400 (iSeries) environment using RPG and CL which may also include development tools. Some web and PC based application development may also be required.
Qualified applicants must possess 2+ years of AS/400 application development experience using RPG, CL and Query. Strong mathmatical, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team in addition to working independently are also required.
Desired skills include:Microsoft Visual Studio ASP.NET and Sharepoint development experienceExperience with Microsoft Access and ExcelData communications and security experience is helpfulExperience in the healthcare administration field is also helpful but not required
