ABAP Programmer / Analyst

Experienced in the design, development and implementation of enhancements to SAP business applications

 

With expertise in:

· At least one of the following functional areas: IM, WM, PM, SM

· Interface programming (RFCs and BAPIs)

· Developing customized programs/screens/user exits to address new/enhanced business processes.

· Master data setup

· Configuration

· SAP Web Application Server setup & configuration a plus

· SAP Web Dynpro for Java / ABAP development a plus

 

 

Candidate must:

 

· Participate in functional and technical specification development.

· Identify affected Business Objects & their dependencies

· Identify standard interfaces (RFCs, BAPIs) for Business Objects

· Identify interface gaps and design, develop & test required changes

· Map interface required fields and possible data filters to limit data transfer to/from third party systems

· Develop customized programs/screens/user exits to address new/enhanced business processes.

· Prepare test data and perform testing.

 

 

Education / Work Experience

 

· Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer

Information/Science/Engineering or related field.

· 2+ years ABAP programming in requested fields

· Strong interpersonal, communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
