Omni Resources, Inc. is an I.T. Consulting Firm looking for
a Sales Support Specialist for a permanent position.  This position is located in Minneapolis, MN.
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist.  Responsibilities include:

' Educate, and promote, AMS Suite of products that use predictive intelligence to improve availability and performance of production assets including mechanical equipment, electrical systems, process equipment, instruments, and valves. .
' Attend customer and trade events
' Support marketing, sales staff and customers
' Provide 2nd level sales support on AMS Suite of products

Required Skills

' PC Administration and Networking - The Center has a variety of PC's and control systems networked together off the company business network.
' Working knowledge of process automation is a distinct advantage.  Microsoft Office-especially PowerPoint for customer demonstrations as well as consolidating the messaging down for presentations to management.
' Presentation skills - must be a confident and professional presenter, able to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand while also comfortable speaking about business benefits and the financial impact of our solutions on a customers operation.
' Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business plus five (5) years related experience or Master's degree and four (4) years related experience.
