Please apply in person M-TH 8 AM-11 AM. Positions handle question that focus on all aspects of products while escalating issues through appropriate channels. Be the first point of contact responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling questions. Analyze customer's problems and drive to call resolution. Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Requirements: 1-2 years customer service experience. H/S diploma or equivalent. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills. Effective time management. Must be detailed oriented and self motivated. Experience trouble shooting technical problems with personal computers, cellular, and other devices a plus. Experience with OS X and/or MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista is also a plus.
