If you are looking for an opportunity to work with great products & services, have direct contact with a broad base of customers and provide world-class support while you're at, then this is the position for you. Please apply in person M-TH 8 AM-11 AM. Positions handle question that focus on all aspects of products while escalating issues through appropriate channels. Be the first point of contact responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling questions. Analyze customer's problems and drive to call resolution. Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills. Effective time management. Must be detailed oriented and self motivated. Experience trouble shooting technical problems with personal computers, cellular, and other devices a plus. Experience with OS X and/or MS Windows 2000/XP/Vista is also a plus.
