- SAP Trainers that have 8.0 (or higher)
- On-Demand tool experience
- Flexibilty
-IS-Media is a huge plus
***SAP Trainers will be starting ASAP and will be working in Boston for 4 weeks and then working the following weeks in NY.
*******Must be able to be flexible with travel. Client will cover the cost of Lodging in Boston and anywhere else they are needed to travel outside of NYC. ***********Client will also reimburse daily meal and expenses that are within the daily travel guidelines. This position will be for 6 months+.
The qualified candidate will have the following experience:
* Experienced in instructional design and delivery for web based and
instructor led courses, specifically for systems applications.
* Knowledge and experience with SAP systems required, experience with SAP
IS-Media product a plus!!!
* Proficient in recording, editing, and publishing web based topics
Created in OnDemand software.
* Proven ability to define and achieve target goals while optimizing
resources of implementation team and external partners.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to
quickly learn the client's business processes, synthesize multiple
views, and understand how all the parts fit into a larger picture.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management,
customers, and vendors.
* Aptitude for building rapport and effective relationships amongst team
members, departments, and partners to gain support for planning,
development and training execution efforts
