Purpose: As a Senior System Engineer, you'll contribute to project success by providing technical design, development and implementation on assigned projects and ensuring high quality adherence to standards and best practices. See Yourself: Evaluating business requirements, designing and documenting functional application modules with an eye to overall application impacts Evaluating and anticipating the impact of technical solutions on related projects Translating technical solutions based on client's needs and feasibility Evaluating projects and preparing recommendations based on the impact of hardware or software upgrades on new and existing applications Understanding interrelationships and the impact of systems and applications upon the Target technical environment Performing problem analysis, identifying root causes, outlining resolution options and taking appropriate actions to resolve problems Being a key problem solver for performance, development and production issues Developing test cases and plans to verify successful implementation of system enhancements Leading team in completion of Target System Development (TSD) documentation and processes Monitoring scheduled jobs in environments for errors and then implementing solutionsJob Requirements:Minimum Requirements: College degree or equivalent IT industry experience Five years IT development experience on medium/large projects Hands on experience designing and programming with .NET technologies Strong verbal and written communications skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams Strong interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills Understand the complete development life cycle Ability to manage and meet deadlines Function as an effective member of a team and demonstrate leadership on projects Understand the implication work assignments have on multiple projectsDesired Requirements: Retail business experience Pharmacy development experience .NET Technical training & certificationsSee The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
