iPhone Channel Account Manager - Central America/Carribean

Responsible for managing and developing the sales activity of a group of iPhone re-sellers within an assigned geography.    Evaluate and authorize iPhone re-seller locations within approved channels/partners. Responsible for strategy and execution on the iPhone re-seller’s store floor resulting in achievement of store sales targets.  Acts as an ambassador of the Apple brand and oversees the merchandising and operations of a re-seller store floor in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience.  Oversees the maintenance of the re-seller’s store floor ensuring that it meets or exceeds Apple’s brand and channel Marcom standards. Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the reseller’s store management and sales teams. Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily basis (as required). Communicate status of ‘in-store competition’ and ‘ranging’ to ensure that store and competitor information is kept up to date. Configure iPhone re-seller channel sell-through programs leveraging the product and marketing assets designed by Cupertino marketing. Build relationships with carrier POS /Retail district managers Manage the iPhone re-seller assisted sale and promoter program which is responsible for training store staff on an ongoing basis, ensuring execution of merchandizing and programs at the store level; responsible for gathering market intelligence, inventory levels, etc. Measured on weighted distribution, retail recognition rates and sell-through.  Education and Experience: BS/BA and a consumer sales background including 5+ years of demonstrated retail management experience or equivalent.  Must possess strong planning, organizational, communication, sales management and leadership skills.  Will manage the iPhone store floor sales activities of iPhone re-sellers by giving direction, providing support and making effective business decisions.  In-country travel is required.
