World Wide Service Marketing Mgr (Document Imaging) - Rochester, NY Kodak is seeking Entry-Level to Mid-Level Service / Product Marketing Professionals to join the World Wide Document Imaging Group. Job Description: The World Wide Service Marketing Mgr provides overall marketing leadership for a mix of service offerings that support both Kodak branded and 3rd party products for the Document Imaging and Storage businesses, worldwide. Responsible for developing and driving marketing content for assigned service offerings and working with product management, business development, business research and regional marketing teams to launch successful service offerings with strong value propositions and positioning for end users, channel partners and 3rd party manufacturers. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 0-3 years of business-to-business marketing experience; service or product marketing experience within the Document Imaging or Storage Management industries is preferred. Demonstrated project management experience. Demonstrated budget development and management experience. Key Responsibilities: Service Marketing Content Development: Refine the product value proposition and positioning as the product moves through commercialization phases and gates, based on expected market forces and competitive scenarios. Drive overall messaging and positioning of assigned service offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are in support of the value proposition. Drive development of all marketing content, including customer-facing marketing collateral, web, public relations and selling tools, for assigned service offerings for delivery by regional personnel. Partner with product management, business development, marketing communications, public relations, business research and regional personnel in the pursuit and development of all marketing content. Marketing Input to Service Commercialization Process: Partner with product management to provide input to Marketing Requirements. Key contributor for new Product Concepts, Product Roadmaps and Market Attack Plans. Worldwide service marketing representative on multi-functional project teams in support of all Phases, Gates and management reviews. Product Positioning & Evangelization: Create and deliver convincing and articulate positions for Kodak service offerings within a competitive environment. Represent Kodak at seminars and industry education events. Develop speaking and other public relations opportunities. Identify service industry award opportunities and author application submissions. Product Launch Management: Overall leadership for all worldwide launch deliverables for service offerings. Co-leadership with worldwide marketing communications for worldwide product launch management including project management, determination of launch deliverables, content creation, project schedules and accommodating regional needs. Special Projects & Initiatives (As Required) Additional Requirements: Strong ideation abilities. Ability to recommend appropriate customer needs assessments and other Voice of Customer activities to product management and business research teams.
