Workstation Engineer
McDermott Will & Emery, a leading international law firm with 15 offices worldwide, is currently seeking a Workstation Engineer to perform a variety of engineering activities related to supporting the delivery and management of a consistent, high quality workstation image for end-users. Duties include design, development and support for the full life cycle of activities related to workstation configuration management, including: initial workstation image, file, application and patch updates to the workstation, and developing a Virtual Desktop solution to support select firm-wide users. Proficiency with scripting languages, including VB Script, WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), WiseScript and Windows command-line.Prior experienceusing Microsoft SMS or SCCMto manage and update workstation images required, experience with VM-Ware, WindowsPE and PXE a plus.2+ years experience with Microsoft Windows workstation and server operating systems and Active Directory.
