WAN Network Engineer

WAN Network Engineer - (Harrington Park) - Provide administration & monitoring of wide area network & TCP/IP local area networks. Configure & install CISCO routers & switches for VLANs, Inter-VLAN routing, Multilayer Switching, & Spanning Tree. Configure WebVPN on Firewall; configure EIGRP & BGP for Internet; maintain Core SAN switches; & install, configure & maintain HP Proliant Server hardwares. Administer Windows Operating Systems. Maintain ESX server for VMware ESX hosts & install & maintain CSS/ACE for Web applications. Configure & maintain Core SAN switches & Edge Switch. Support SSL/HTTPS & integration of security certificates w/ People Soft, IIS, & other applications. Configure & administer DNS, WINS, & DHCP services. Authenticate systems RSA Secure ID, IAS Radius, TACACS+, Crypto Card, Kerberos, & LDAPs. Provide enterprise level administrative & troubleshooting in Windows Operating Systems servers. Administer Active Directory services, TCP/IP services, resource management, user/group management, & remotely administer DHCP & DNS. Manage Microsoft Proxy & ISA & IIS servers. Administer file & print servers, server clusters & back-up systems. Req's: Bachelor's in Information Technology plus five years in position offered or in System Administrator/Network Support position performing core duties of position offered, incl all technologies listed.
