Initial responsibilities are to launch the Enterprise Risk Assessment Program to all Fiserv business units, lead efforts to drive PCI compliance across the enterprise, and work in partnership with Fiserv Enterprise Technology on enterprise information security policies and programs. As these efforts achieve critical mass, the position’s responsibilities will include maintenance and refinement of the risk assessment and PCI programs, development of policies and programs that may be indicated by the organization’s documented risk profile, and involvement in ad hoc efforts to manage emerging incidents and risks. Reporting Relationships:Reports To: SVP, ER&RPeers: ER&R TeamPrimary Working Relationships: ER&R TeamDirect Reports: Director of Risk Assessment, others TBDResponsibilities: The VP-Risk Programs will work collaboratively with the SVP-Enterprise Risk & Resilience, the VP-Resilience Programs, and other business unit and corporate stakeholders to:1. Launch the enterprise Risk Assessment Process to all Fiserv business units, and manage the aggregation of findings to produce an enterprise risk profile. 2. Maintain a central repository of business unit risk assessment submissions and tools that facilitate search/retrieval and re-purposing for uses such as regulatory compliance audits, internal audits, SAS 70 preparations, and VendorNet.3. Analyze business unit risk assessment work product for compliance with enterprise standards, provide feedback and coaching to business units, and provide reporting to the SVP-Enterprise Risk & Resilience and other stakeholders about the status and findings of risk assessments across the organization. 4. Design and implement a Standards & Practices Program that addresses the findings of risk assessment efforts across the enterprise. 5. Monitor the external regulatory, legislative and financial industry environments to identify emerging rules, trends and risks that may affect Fiserv in the future, and recommend appropriate compliance strategies. 6. Participate in the assessment and mitigation of risk situations that become evident outside the formal Risk Assessment Process.7. Identify best practices and thought leadership on Risk Management topics wherever these may occur, and promote sharing and adoption of high-value contributions. 8. Direct the efforts of additional staff that may be hired to support Risk Assessment programs.9. Masters degree preferred.Job Related Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a variety of roles such as risk management, finance, operations, project management, business development, strategic planning, performance management and others.Functional Area Skills/KnowledgeCandidate must have proven history of: Understanding complex business and technical issues related to risk assessment and risk mitigation in a financial services environment. Facilitating cultural and process change, including transitioning responsibilities away from individual business units to a centralized corporate function. Building and exercising constructive influence with organizational peers, subordinates, and superiors to complement position-based authority. Serving with equal effectiveness as leader or participant in cross-functional teams. Utilizing formal project management methodology. Managing multiple simultaneous projects to timely and successful conclusions. Communicating effectively in person, in writing, and as a presenter to diverse audiences. Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an expert proficiency level. Microsoft Access, Project and Visio skills are a plus. Knowledge of Fiserv business and products is a significant plus.
