Traveling PC Technicians

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Other Traveling PC Technicians TEKsystems has many needs for Traveling Desktop Support Technicians. These individuals will be traveling to various customer site performing PC installs and upgrades. All of the processes are scripted, but candidates must have at least 1-3 years of experience. Candidates should have experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software along with solid customer service skills.Tasks may include: -Field IT support calls via phone and triage issues -Image (Ghost) and deploy laptops and desktops of various hardware -Troubleshoot network connectivity issues -Support Windows XP operating system and MS Office applications Pay is based on number of sites/day. Per diem is also included. All candidates must pass, drug and background and be able to pass a DMV check.
