Summary
Our client is a leading company in developing security technology vital to national security. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a software engineer who can program and develop for their automated test systems. This will include the development of embedded and test functions, plus the PC interface for these applications. In addition, you’ll do some work with the Embedded and GUI teams. Working with the hardware team, you’ll provide a simple and consistent interface for the application developers. This is a full life cycle position, involving the designing, coding, testing, and documentation of automated test systems.
This is exciting work that will put you on the front lines of security and counter surveillance technologies. The position offers not just excitement now, but great career development for the future. Qualifications BSEE/CE and 2+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in C programming. Good general knowledge of electronics technology. Experience developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software is a strong plus (especially Labview). As you’ll be working with a variety of team members, excellent communication skills are a must.
