Territory Sales Manager

Position: Territory Sales Manager IVLocation: Within a named territory in San Francisco, California - VirtualReq. #130459 Summary Description: The position of Territory Sales Manager IV is a sales role within the Financial Solutions Division, Americas Self Service Sales organization.  The individual is responsible for working closely with a direct customer within a named territory to sell and market Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Solutions, Payment (Distributed Capture), Professional Services, and Hardware and Software Support Maintenance Services to the Banking Industry.   Basic Qualifications: ·  BS/BA degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.  MBA desired but not necessary.·  Creative thinking and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.·  Sales skills including negotiation and general selling skills.·  Personal organization skills which support the management of multiple projects, opportunities, resources.·  Demonstrated success in attaining quota objectives.·  Demonstrated success in managing account relationships.·  Ability to develop and maintain key business relationships with prospects and customers.·  Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach. Preferred Requirements: ·  Five years sales account management experience in the Banking Industry desired.·  Experience in selling ATM hardware, software and maintenance services desired. Key Areas of Responsibility:·  Order and Revenue objectives associated with the territory for which you are responsible.·  Manage a direct named territory covering responsibilities from presale to implementation and systems support.  Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is very important. ·  Will be responsible for presenting NCR’s Self Service Strategy and thought leadership to customers and for selling customers on implementing the strategy.  ·  Develop a territory plan to create demand and to successfully meet and exceed objectives.   Diversity Integrated into our shared values is NCR's commitment to diversity.
