Technical Trainer (jp27312)

Location: Cranberry Township, PA 16066 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting classes for employees or customers regarding features and operation of software products. May test and maintain training software, documentation, and A/V presentation materials. May conduct training needs analyses and develop technical training materials. Operates under general supervision. Technical training courses and materials may deal with complex situations for multiple products. Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from software documentation, field requirements, and/ or or engineering documentation. Works with programmers, software engineering and technical support to ensure that course material reflects current product features. May instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
