We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist, with a software familiarity, who is a highly creative, intensely knowledgeable and a self-managed individual who can work well in a fast paced team environment. Responsibilities:

 

- Provide Technical assistance to customers with hardware/software related issues via email and telephone.

 

- Development of software tools and demonstration applications to showcase the “user friendliness� and “application specific hardware� of our products.

 

 

- Assist in the development of software testing processes.

 

- Provide technical support to sales staff.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

 

- Experienced in C, C++, C# and or Visual Basic, a plus

 

- .NET program languages C# and/or VB, a plus

 

- Experience in development for Windows CE, a plus

 

- Experienced with Visual Studio’s .NET environment and MS development

   Tools, a plus

 

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

 

 

You must be eligible to work in the USA.
