We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to fill a position created due to steady growth.Â
Â
This position will be responsible for providing Technical Support and IT Administration services to our clients. Responsibilities include: fielding support requests on a variety of technologies including Microsoft server OS issues, desktop OS and application issues, backup issues, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL Server and general network and connectivity issues.
Â
This position will also be responsible for providing remote IT Administration services including patch management, server and workstation preventative maintenance and monitoring. Occasional travel to local client sites required.
Â
Skills/Qualifications:Must be extremely thorough, organized, professional and dedicated. Must also be customer focused. Previous experience with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server, Exchange Server and Symantec BackupExec required. Experience with GoldMine / Microsoft CRM software and Voice over IP/Business Telephone Systems a plus. Must be comfortable working in a small company atmosphere.Â
