Currently, we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst for a contract position with one of our clients in Hunt Valley, MD. Initially, the support will consist mostly of login / password issues. As time progresses, the support this person provides may involve other parts of these web applications. Majority of responsibilities will be to provide telephone and email support to end users, primarily at level 1 and 2 in the neighborhood of 15-25 calls per day.
