Our Client is looking for high-energy self-starters to join their world-class support team.Although the Company is based in Massachusetts, due to the remote nature of their business, the Company is able to hire all of their Technicians to work from home; therefore, it really opens up the country for recruiting.These candidates will be working independently from home and participating in occasional conference calls and online meetings.Additionally, the candidate will: Acknowledge, evaluate and appropriately handle incoming calls and emails from customers. Handle multiple Citrix sessions relating to customer inquiries. Identify technical issues by thoroughly examining systems using diagnostic tools. Schedule appointments and assist customers with service selection. Be accountable for up-selling additional products and services. Apply job knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Guide customer service-related issues to resolution. Consistently meet productivity goals.This is a long-term Contract opportunity with flexible hours and days. A variety of shifts exist over the 24x7x365 timeframe; some evening/weekend shifts will be required.
