Technical Resource Mgr PS

This Edison NJ based position requires an experienced technical and administrative manager to support staff supplementation projects nationally at STS. The candidate must be familiar with enterprise and mission critical hardware and software technologies.

Thoroughly communicate with internal and external customers as well as staffing partners.

Work with internal and external sources to coordinate resource schedules.
Thoroughly communicate with internal and external customers the status of staff augmentation projects.
Manage the delivery of staff augmentation projects as described in the SOW/LOE.
Facilitate staff augmentation service presales activities.
Gain the trust of the customers and staffing partners.
Performance management of staff supplementation employees and contractors including coaching, goal setting, performance evaluation, and skills management.
Experience level: 10 years of IT industry experience with at least 3 years of technical, people, and/or vendor management Technical knowledge: Intermediate understanding of hardware and software technologies used by mid to enterprise level corporations. Business acumen: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of Agilysys and the client regarding project
status, issue resolution and business correspondence; Manage numerous staff augmentation projects in parallel at multiple client sites. Proposal facilitation: Ability to contribute and review all proposals Statements of Work, and Letter of Engagement supporting staff augmentation business. He/she should also have the ability to write effective business correspondence to both internal and external customers. Staffing Supplier Management: Expected to evaluate, interact with, and manage all staffing resource suppliers. Administrative management: Expected to set customer and internal corporate goals and expectations with employee and contractor resources assigned to staff supplementation projects within STS. Performance management including performance evaluation, time management, and skills development is a requirement of this position. Travel: Will be required to travel to establish and maintain relationships with customers, internal resources, and suppliers. Expected travel is 1-2 times per month. Education: Four year Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Certifications: None required
